Relationships in general are difficult, and few are taught healthy communication or conflict resolution skills before entering the workplace. Then we add stressors from working with people we might not like or who have different work styles than our own, have deadlines to meet, and more. As a worker moves from job to job, they sometimes carry the woundedness of past workplaces with them, unbeknownst to the new employer. This is where I come in! I help others have healthy relationships and/or fix ones that have gotten off track, whether they be personal, professional or in their community. Call me when something's gotta change!
