We Are More Alike Than We Are Different.
Did you know that the Golden Rule (Do unto others as you would have them do unto you) appears in at least 12 of the world's major religious traditions? I can show you where to find it in the holy scriptures of each of these faiths. We all want to live in peace; raise our children in a safe environment; and want to find happiness. We each seek answers within ourselves to how we can best accomplish these goals, and our spiritual beliefs, regardless of what they are, act as guiding lights along the way. All of us are on a spiritual journey of some sort, and each path chosen is as unique and beautiful as the heart that holds the answers along the way.

Presentations, Keynotes and Guided Meditations
I create presentations that are informative, interactive, and thought-provoking for attendees, often leading to open discussions amongst your attendees as they drive home, talk with their partners, children and friends. Keynotes are designed to also be informative, uplifting and thought-provoking. Length of keynotes and presentations can be customized to your needs. A guided meditation is also available.
Ministerial Substitute
Your minister deserves a vacation! There may also be times that your congregation is between spiritual leaders, yet your services must go on while pursuing your selection process. As a professionally trained, formally ordained interfaith minister, I am educated in many of the world's religions and my credentials are accepted by most governmental and spiritual entities.
Group Facilitation
Open discussions can be led to foster understanding and acceptance of each other's spiritual beliefs, how they manifest, and how to accommodate individual's desires to express their beliefs in various ways at home, work, school and more.
Corporate Training and Sensitivity Training
EEOC statistics show the number of religion-based discrimination cases filed with the EEOC has more than doubled in the past 20 years. The cost to companies to defend against these types of cases has skyrocketed. Over $10 million was paid out in 2016 alone, for monetary benefits that excluded benefits paid through litigation. How well-trained are your managers and HR personnel to work with religious-based employee requests? Are you at risk for being sued?
I can educate your teams on how to address these kinds of issues in a positive way, thus avoiding escalation and winning employee loyalty instead. For situations that have begun to escalate, I can mediate resolutions that could save you tens of thousands of dollars, and possibly even bankruptcy.
Mediation and Arbitration
Has the request for accommodation and/or understanding passed the point of a friendly conversation? There's still hope! As a professionally trained, formally ordained interfaith minister who has been trained in the art of mediation and arbitration, I can facilitate mediation sessions to allow the parties to open up, reach across the table and find solutions that are acceptable to both parties. In the alternative, I can act as an arbitrator who listens to both sides and renders a decision if that is what the parties choose instead of mediation.
Note to parties: Mediation and arbitration may be legally binding if both parties agree that it will be. I am not a lawyer, and therefore I can not offer legal advice in any manner, and will not do so. Please check with legal counsel before making any decisions regarding both the choice of mediation or arbitration versus pursuing legal remedies in a court of law, as well as any agreement you may make during mediation.
